CBD plans endorsed

The Umina CBD concept plans for the aesthetic improvement of the area have been endorsed by Gosford Council and construction has been scheduled to finish by August.
The project is budgeted at $1.5 million dollars.
In March, Umina CBD concept plans were endorsed but detailed construction plans are yet to be developed.
Meanwhile, the Ettalong CBD plans have been endorsed and work on a Traffic Circulation Study has commenced.
The Ettalong CBD plan has a budget of $1 million.
Council’s Building Committee still plans to review foreshore works at Ettalong.
The footpath and paving part of the Ettalong plan which commenced in November 1997 have been completed.
