Fishing News

Another cold month for "inside" anglers, but the whiting have moved right in this month, with most anglers coming close to their bag limits.
The prime spots have been Ettalong, Half Tide Rocks and Paddy’s Channel.
Live bloodworms, live nippers and squirt worms have been the most effective baits for whiting, with the best time to fish being early morning or late afternoon, the first three hours of the tide running up.
Good reports of black fish are still coming in, with the hot spots being The Bars at Woy Woy, Saratoga Flats and The Rip Bridge.
Fishing in the first and last two hours with the tide running up provides the best results.
A couple reports coming in on bream, but anglers seem to be doing it tough as bream have become very scarce this month, with four to six hours sessions only bringing in one or two fish.
There is no outside report. Due to the appalling conditions, accurate information is available.
Till next time, Good Fishing and take care.
