Peninsula pensioners will be helped by pension increases
applying from last Saturday, Member for Robertson Jim Lloyd said last week.The maximum single rate age and veterans’ pensions will rise by $4.10 to $361.40 a fortnight.
The maximum partnered pension will increase by $3.50 to $301.60 a fortnight for each member of a couple.
The rate increase is the result of changes to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and the increase in male total average weekly earnings.
