Workshop about growing older |
The Peninsula Women's Health Centre will be hosting a workshop entitled "Growing Older Looking Forward" during November.
Helen Robinson will provide an overview of the services available to older people to assist them to stay in their own home.
She will also give some tips on keeping an active mind and a good memory.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, November 8, from 10am to noon.
The cost of the course is a gold coin donation.
