No action on Mt Ettalong Rd

Gosford Council's traffic committee has recommended that no action be taken by council to provide additional pedestrian barriers on Mt Ettalong Rd, Umina.

A local couple had requested that council investigate a pedestrian safety barrier and traffic calming at the southern end of Mt Ettalong Rd.

A report from the traffic committee stated that an "inspection revealed that the southern end of Mt Ettalong Rd between Edgecliff Rd and Berrima Cr has a concrete footpath and appropriate signage".

The report stated that police would check crash details.
