Umina surfer Darren Stapleton captured his second Dave "Coke" Wards Memorial contest defeating defending champion Peter Hayes at Wamberal recently.
Stapleton, 32, as a grommet in the 1980s, benefited from Ward's passion for surfing.

Woy Woy businessman Dave Bouvy has been charged a $65 safe handling fee to dump asbestos at the Woy Woy landfill, only to see it ripped apart the next day.
