College has top achievers |
Brisbane Water Secondary College students have achieved top results in last year's Higher School Certificate.
Out of the 244 Central Coast school students who qualified as distinguished achievers by scoring 90 or more in a subject, 11 (4.5 per cent) came from the Brisbane Water Secondary College campus at Woy Woy.
The 11 high achievers included Lauren Collins, Emma Hamilton, Lana Hebden, Gerard Koen, James Manning, Joshua Meyers, Kahlee Moulton, Tammie Patman, Rachel Pratt, Shireen Streeton and Samantha Travers.
Minister for Education and Training Dr Andrew Refshauge congratulated all the Central Coast students who made it onto the HSC merit list.
