Bulk purchase of resort units

 

The Ettalong Memorial Club's annual meeting has been told of a "bulk purchase" of units in the proposed resort development.

The annual meeting was held on October 20, with a small number of members attending.

In relation to the club resort project, the meeting was told a major resort company had made a bulk purchase of 107 of units, leaving 52 still to be sold, as there were 77 original investors who remained on contract.

The terms had been agreed with the bulk purchaser and awaited ratification by the American parent company.
