Osborne Ave tender let

The tender for the reconstruction of Osborne Ave, Umina, has been let to Matcham's Coastal Asphalt.
The work involves the full reconstruction of about 350 metres of kerb and gutter, a concrete footpath, stormwater drainage works and associated works for the area near the Police Community and Youth Club (PCYC).
Crs Lynne Bockholt and Judith Penton successfully moved that residents of Osborne Ave should not be charged for contributions towards kerb and guttering because it was ostensibly for the PCYC.
