Recycling starts at high school

Woy Woy High School has started a recycling project.
The project is being undertaken in conjunction with the School Communities Recycling All Paper Limited and ASD Recyclers.
The intention of the school is to recycle used office white paper and miscellaneous coloured paper, newspapers and cardboard.
A spokesperson for the school said: "It is surprising how much paper and cardboard is generated or comes from the school in the course of a week."
"This project is good for the environment because what we recycle won’t find its way into the local tip."
Staff and students have been informed of the project and, with their cooperation and the support of the recycling businesses, will be doing their bit for the environment.
