Ice-cream parlour to open

An icecream parlour will open in the Rocks Arcade, Ettalong, in early May.
It claims to be the only "scoop icecream sales" shop in the area and is expecting business from local residents as well as the influx of tourists that arrive on weekends and school holidays.
It will also serve coffee, cakes and hot foods.
Proprietor Flaviana Foster plans to open seven days and will call her shop Sorvete's Café.
Currently involved in an excavation business, this new venture will see her contemplating excavations of a smaller, more manageable size.
