Over-development is serious problem

In reponse to the letter from S. Drake (Woy Woy 'overdeveloping', Peninsula News 13), I would like to lend my support.
Overdeveloping is so apparent and a really serious problem on the Peninsula and many other areas.
Many permanent residences are being vacated, because of being squashed out and then replaced by a transient population.
Let’s do something about this problem before the people who enjoy a better lifestyle are forced out by those developing.
